Weirdness.
Is it a 2-D filter, or a 3-D one ? Tough to tell. I'm not gonna grab the .ffxml file, I'd start messing with it, and never finish any of my own filters ha-ha.

Looks like Metaballs IMHO, not NURBS. Besides, NURBS are so 90's.  --- Crapadilla says: "Damn you, stupid redundant feature requests!" ;) |

Well I guess if I am going to post I might want to at least name it what it is..... I realized my error but didn't get to post it yet...Took a while to realize it thou 
It is more Metaballs and not even close to Nurbs.... I added a couple of things and changed the name if anyone has a use for it..
