i think the red, if that's all you're saying is the logo, is ok. i also think if you include the background as part of it, then it's much better! i also hate to say it, but it reminds me of the old swashtika, and i dont necessarily mean the old nazi one, but of any of the old ones, even ancient ones.
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

Hehe, that wasnt ment to be a proposal for FF logo, just something i threw together to test how graphics would look on the wall.. it probably looks a bit like the swastika cause i was in a warzone-texture-creating-mood smile:) ..im making some "Urban Warfront" textures smile:)

While the patterns on that last one are cool, they don't look entirely useful. That said, you totally nailed the rust/shiny bits on the edges. Love it! Keep up the good work.
