I think I am better on using others filter than making my own. Or, shall we say, I have to start with that.
Here i had a painting of a girl I made, that I was not so happy with.
I used one of the settings in Vladimir Goöovins filters, Comic book, an used Layer-multiply, and got really happy with the result.

It kinda looks like a medium water color, not to much water and not, not enough water.
It looks good..
