Very nice and love the name! That's pretty interesting how it can make a pattern like that based on an image (as I understand it from the pictures). Wonder what kind of picture would result in the classic red, black and green plaid colors ^_^ Hmmm.... a Christmas Tree on fire maybe? Well done!

better than my early attempts at plaid smile:) and i like the original pics too.
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

I'm really enjoying this filter and am using it on some of my latest textures. smile:) I like the presets that have shorter "spokes" and look like thin little line-art stars. I like how it samples the color of the original image and plaidifies it. Great things ahead! smile:)

ya know, this once again reminds me that someone shld be contacting manufacturers. i'm sure FF could have a use in designing all sorts of things in the real world... cloth, wood laminates, floor coverings, wall coverings, etc, etc.
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!
