Hmm, well, I just wasted about 45 minutes, and ended up killing that version, so no, nothing more just yet. I'll try again tomorrow though.

Hate when that happens....It was looking kinda cool...Could use it for a album cover effect..Like number 3 and 4.. Stupid things happen to computers for stupid reasons at stupid times!

----The examples above are from the original version 2, I just hadda kill 45 minutes of work on an improved version 2b. I'll keep kicking at it, it's simple inside, maybe too simple, so changing one thing, can often change everything else ya know.

Hi Jffe, Hi CFandM,
I make a backup~ You can feel when you are at that point that if you make too many changes you are going to lose the filter. (Unless Jffe you scrapped it on purpose.) But if you didn't ... just do this...
Zoom out so that you are looking at the overall view. Click a component, now hold the shift key down and click every component. Right click on one with all of them selected and choose, "Copy" (or use your keyboard shortcut).
Now exit the filter and do not save your changes.
Make a new filter... name it "Backup" or what have you...
Now you never lose a filter~ Plus you get two filters now not one as both take different paths at this stage. (((Oh that's how she does it... LOL Working smart...
If you both know this that's fine------> figured I'd write it here just in case any lurkers were brand new to FF and not sure.
((Good morning)) Hope that helps.

I usually just add a v32, v33, v34 to the end of the filter name, until I finally get one I like. Saving a new version after every change is standard practice in audio editing, so luckily I've already been paranoid/brainwashed about all that ha-ha. If v34 goes south, I just kill it, and go back to v33 and try again.
