Sets Art Paper to frame the photo and also includes a wide range of photo enhancement. Uses colors from the photo for the pattern in the frame.

Multi Purpose Scrap Book Frame is a Version 2 Filter for the Multi Purpose Photo Adjuster Frame filter.

This filter also enhances the image with LAB luminance and Sprectral Power. The pattern and enhancement of the photo can be controlled from the settings panel.
