![]() ![]() ![]() Information on the filter as follows: Full Range of Color and Cross Stitch Control *Important notes for the filter please read* Thru the color channels you can control the 'width' of the cross stitch. This filter will also make stitching for you. You can also control the amount of stitching with the color settings. For stitching 'turn the anti-alias' to off. This is very important or else you won't get good stitches even on the presets~ It will even make machine applique decorative stitching. The colors and the stitching are very customizable~ (((This filter goes great with my 'Country Quilt' filter and 'Collage Filters'))) Or any project~ even background tiles for triple table web pages. Controls in the settings panel include: Brightness Contrast HSY H HSY S HSY Y LAB Luminance LAB Spectral Power LAB Sprectral Power RGB Blue RGB Green RGB Red ~Enjoy ------------- For this sample I opened a solid white background 400 x 400. Text applied with solid black then a preset. Could use any 'solid color'. My shapes were solid black shapes with 3D chosen with Ulead PhotoImpact. Then different presets~ Only one image today because I have a migrain and need rest a bit. Thanks for looking~ ![]() Click to view the larger image~ ![]() |

yes, looked at the larger. my mother works needlepoint too, and that's what it looks like (to me, of course), one of those grid/meshes with the painted on design. but, not being familiar with cross-stitch, i can only go by what i'm familiar with. besides, i'm a guy; what do i know about it

well, at 85 she doesnt do nearly as much as she used to, but she still finds a bit of time here and there
![]() i'm guessing i may be interpreting your picture wrong. when i see the dark areas in the stitch, i think 'holes' but looking at it again, i can see a stitch. so, maybe a larger image would show it better? If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

Hi Lynn~
![]()
I have done some in the past but not so much anymore~ Now I can use it in digital form~ ![]()
This filter was tough and tricky~ I worked and worked and worked it till I got what I wanted and do plan on making a Cross Stitch 2... with a bit of a twist~ ![]() Can't have enough cross stitch filters so I'll be waiting for when yours is available. I'd encourage you to keep working on it because someone downloading one cross stitch filter is going to want 'all' the cross stitch and all of them will get used~ ![]() LOL and it's not a Man's filter so us ladies have the market on making cross stitch filters~ ![]() |

I don't get them too often and mostly if I spend too much time at the computer (Graphics). I'd say about once every 4 to 6 months.
Thank you for the compliments ![]() ![]() BTW,,, Love your new filter----------> posted in that thread before posting here. Very pretty!~ |
