I had been trying to figure out how to use noise as a random control unit since in some instances you want a random element without user imput think I found it --submitted it a few minutes ago

semms to give a full range of control

okay I built a macro to test out consistency and order them in range

every once in a while you get an anomaly (out of a hundred I got 5) if you need more precision
you can pass it through the offset a second time to fix this that should remove any chance of it cropping up Ill test it out later
Ill have to submitt an updated version monday that outlines that
