Presidio Presidio Posts: 2915 Filters: 43	Veil is a filter I made for private use that I've decided to share. I've used it on my web page to tone the background photo and background filter. Goes well over other filters and images. A filter like this one allows you to put text on an image that would otherwise not hold text or be too distracting for text. It 'veils' the image or filter it is put on.
