I've been using Ub's Braided too... it's fantastic!

Oh I'm in luv with that little snippet in the braid. It has my brain thinking of all sorts of ideas now using the tone curve and gradients.

Hehe... oh Lynn let's be honest... we are not even close to being done playing with this snippet~ Is it not just the kewlest string of components. Just when you think you've twisted it as much as you can... you find there is yet another way to twist it all around~

Have migrains and carpal tunnel is coming. It's an inherited thing. If you have carpal tunnel... that's not good.

Exactly~ I'd liken it to meditation... takes my mind off everything. I listen to music, work on filters... I like it.

Also getting school clothes tonight and tomorrow is the first day of school. So when it comes to filters I will do what I can... Big day coming up!!! In fact I propably only have an hour or so left of computer time till later tonight,, so I'm heading over to FF to work on some filters.

About the migraines and carpal tunnel...

Doc told us this:

It is inherited, nothing you can do about it... but surgery. Now Doctors opionions vary... as always consult your doctor.

Carpel tunnel is coming for me... but looks like it won't be this year. When it does I'll get surgery to correct it. I won't play with Carpel Tunnel when it hits my body.

However ... Mom said this about the surgery... "VERY painful afterward"...

About the migraines... doc's are still figuring those out. I'm sure he/she is taking care of you with all the newest treatments.

I can't sit up when I have a mirgrain. It hurts to sit up, hurts to walk, I can't open my eyes because light hurts my eyes... light hurts when my eyes are closed,,, I put a pillow over my face... breathing hurts head,, any movement or sound hurts my head. When I use the word migriane, I do not mean a normal headache where one can sit up... I mean 'migraine'. Now I can feel one coming on a few days before it hits,,, feel it trying to build...

during that time I'll take precautions to try to keep it away. I'll get off he PC because of eye strain.. ect... I'll reduce my stress.. do breathing and relaxtion techniques,, I'll treat myself with soft music... ect.. in general I'll take better care of myself... watch what I eat... make sure I drink enough.. and .. everyone is different, what works for you might not work for someone else... always ask the doctor first on what to try or do~

Sometime when you take any type of pain meds, you get what they call an ego effect. I don't what is woarse is having the migraine or having the migraine and the ego efect headache.
I can't take Excedrin's Migraine because it contains aspirin . I am happy since I stopped working at an plastics plant, I don't get an full blown migraines like I used to.
