interesting one, lynn. can you do it without changing the colors and just using white or dark lighting? the embossing, i mean.
also, just as a side point, i decided to look up the difference between 'emboss' and 'relief'.

doesnt seem to be a whole lot of difference. both seem to have the effect of a raised part of an image or object over another part that isnt. almost seemed to have more to do with the process of achieving those effects than with the end result of the effect itself. emboss seemed to be pushing a mold into a paper or other object to raise part of it, like an embossed book cover, where relief seemed to be cutting away part of something to leave part higher up, as in a coin. though, i wouldnt say that was exact or set in stone, by any means.
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!
