			Hi There

The textures for the leather, wood scratches and carpet where done with Filter Forge, the rest Cinema 4D and Maxwell render. I just think it's nice to see how Filter Forge can fit into a render pipeline. as well as being used for 2D Photoshop work. The link below opens the full size version (recommended for detail) Auld Comfy Chair (Large) Best Regards J |

Stunning! I love the leather, and the wood is amazing too. How long did it take to render that?

			Biomechanic -- nice work!

It's MaxwellRender, its rendering times are far longer than those of the default renderers in Max/Maya and, I suppose, than those of raytracers like vray. |

			Yeh, Vlad is spot on.

Maxwell Render is an 'unbiased' renderer, which basically means that if you leave it to 'cook' long enough, it will always converge to the correct solution, i.e. no render artifacts, etc, etc |
