Wow... all this from a photo and three filters. I'm really impressed with this one (even after three years of doing Filter Forge).
... really really really impressed
If I didn't know better I'd say it was an actual watercolor painting.

I tried to emulate Kochubey's result. It's not as nice as hers but what a great set of filters. Thanks Kochubey!!

That is the best 'watercolor' effect I have ever seen. However, I'm puzzled by one point. What effect exactly does the following instruction seek? ...
"7. Finally, I scanned a sheet of white paper, enhanced it with Levels, and placed it over the image with the Multiply mode."
Are you seeking a paper texture? Do you mean 'SoftLight" or "Overlay" mode. What can Levels do to a plain white sheet of paper?
BTW I am new to Filter Forge, but an old hand at Photoshop.
Any help would be appreciated. TIA Bye4now

Oh, sorry! It's a mistake. I mean that I placed the first watercolor layer over the paper layer with the Multiply mode and 100% Opacity. Then I duplicated the watercolor layer and placed it over all layers with the Multiply mode and 30% Opacity.

It is not a plain paper. There are some fibers and grains on the sheet of paper. I enhanced a contrast with Levels.
Thank you for point me to this instruction imperfection!
