ok, that's a wow! i wasnt expecting anything quite that elaborate. that first bit with the Lab mode and profile gradients, brilliant!

and here's the other. i converted it into a surface filter and altered it some more. be prepared for delays

hehe, yeah, it's very slooooow. but, it's a cool filter to play with. i was totally not prepared for how elaborate that thing is

i've continued to try to quicken that filter but i've now gotten so far away from CF's original, that i've given it up. besides, i was resorting to kaleidoscopes

Thanks Guys and yep there is a lot to it..Its one of those filters that I saying to myself "Ok wonder what it would look like if I put a swirl here then another one here..."
It looks like it was going in a very cool looking direction...
Thats always the interesting part..Change one thing to make it quicker and it always ends up changing the look of it... Stupid things happen to computers for stupid reasons at stupid times! |

yup, that's the problem. i did quite a few versions that were similar, but it just kept deteriorating in quality so badly, that i had to let it go. fun filter, though. i learned a couple things in there If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

wow! that 2nd one is particularly nice. has a very native american look to both of them, feathers, ceremonial robes and headdresses, that sort of thing. very cool

Changed my mind on this one..
Thinking about the spirals for the Wiki put me in the mood for some filter fiddling.. Guess I won't wait until the commercial release of version2...Did some more presets and need to sort out the controls and need a name for this filter....Anyone?
