Here.. this is stripped down version of what i used for the floor above.. In FF i rendered the normal (i set height to about 3 for normal to work ok in UDK..) and AO maps only.. and a black and white mask of tiles from bomber.. Then in photoshop i used two tilable textures from CGTEXTURES.COM.. like:

http://www.cgtextures.com/texview.php...HPSESSID1= for the dirt between tiles and http://www.cgtextures.com/texview.php...HPSESSID1= for the tiles.. i used the black and white mask of the tiles previously rendered in FF to mask between them and on top of it i put AO from FF to multiply. This was my DIFFUSE map. And those are the only two maps i used in UDK, NORMAL and DIFFUSE.. for SPEC i used the diffuse but multyplied with 0.5 so it was darker. Thats it.. |
