This is great artwork using filters. I wish this thread included more examples of how folks use their filters in actual work.

Thanks! I used the ultrasketch-Black filter in overlay mode in Photoshop to accentuate detail in the arch and upper wall areas. It kind of functions as an edge detector. I certainly masked off bits and pieces of the image and ran the filters in sections then blended the results using layer masks. The result is somewhat painterly, but still maintains some of the objectivity of the original photograph--a delicate balance...
