Good and well done demo reel, beautiful and great works you are showing here. Like them.
You could also make another demo reel, or better said, video slideshow, for shwing some of your other awesome 2D artistic works as the demo reel is only for animated and video work, and would be good to promote also your very good 2D artistic skills, but is up to you what to do, this is just a suggestion, and of course you know much better than me the people that may want to work and hire you. Thanks for sharing the works you do and I like to see them. |

Not exactly a demo reel, but a VVVV reel of some sort...
Dampered and queued parametric worm spline(9th deg) with dynamic texture blending and rotation Btw, what's your kaleidoscoping tool of choice Skybase? It looks like you have some symmetry types there we can't do in FF yet. _____________________________________________________

+1 for VVVV. Totally love that tool.
None of the works presented in the demo reel are FilterForge related. The kaleidoscope was done with Omino's suite of After Effects plugins: http://omino.com/sw/releases/ominoAeSuite_1_3_332/ Totally fun. In any case I typically would combine kaleidoscopes which kinda helps to produce more complicated effects.  |

it has been already a year from this now, and I wonder, there is no more demo reels to be shown for anyone that makes artworks?
