I also like the image promotion made (shown here below), that shows an awesome gradient color outer glow that looks very cool, and I think that this could be done in Filter Forge using a grayscale outer glow blur and then apply a spectrum gradient overlay over it and so it would be maybe similar to this, I am not sure, and need to check it.
