Good on the still alive part. I wouldn't have thought of myself as her, but if that's how you see me, that's sweet.
Crapadilla as a Ferengi...yep, but not the one with the bar.
And you Carl, who would you be? Smeagle?

Smeagle is Gollum in LOTR and personally, I liked him best of all the characters. Seriously.
No, I don't think you look like him, but you do have that split personality thing going on.

Paul is a hillbilly from Tennesee who married a hippie. He grew up eating things like bear and porcupines. He still has that hillbilly accent sometimes and since he teases me when my German accent does come out, I tease him for his hillbilly accent. He's kind of a goof, but he's my goof. You ever see that 3D animation, "Cars"? He would be Mater. I tell him that too.
Hans is an Ent, you know the tree people in LOTR. He is very tall and has a very, very deep voice. Hans & Paul call me a hobbit because I am only 5'2".

Paul sounds a real character and very nice - seriously bear and porcupine, bear steak sound interesting - hillbilly it instantly make me think of moonshine and banjos and interbreeding that's the stereo type they are portrayed as - which of course I'm not saying is anyway true but Hillbillies get a bad rap as they are portrayed in movies [ Deliverence, Beverlyhillbillies etc ] quote] ahimsa wrote:

I've not seen it but I'll have to now Quote |

I hadn't guessed that from his posts [ he doesn't post nearly enough! ] i saw him more as a quite gentle average height younger passive intellectual who doesn't relate to the outside world well, but i'm obviously way of the mark Quote |

LOL 5 ft 2 o yes i have so many new teases for you i must admit i was a bit of a art hippy in my younger days and i still beleive in living outside the mainstream

Paul is not a sterotype hillbilly, he is from the hills, he was very, very poor, and his family did have to hunt for most of their meat and grow what they could. His childhood is what made him the type person I want to spend the rest of my life with. He values the little things in life, he can get wild birds to eat out of his hands, he helps older people every chance he gets, and he loves me unconditionally, even though I don't look like I did when I was young or have the health I did then.
He brought a screech owl home one night cuz it was sitting in the road stunned. We kept him here over night and the next night Paul took him back to the field where he belonged and the owl just sat on Paul's arm for awhile before flying off. When Paul wants to visit him he just stops by the field at night and the owl comes to him.
Most animals like me too, just not horses and birds. Well, our bird likes me when it's that time of the month for her to lay eggs...little rapist bird.
Hans doesn't post much because he doesn't feel his English is good enough yet. Before his injury he was very active, definately not passive, gentle... ...not even...he liked to fight. He related just fine in the world. Younger.... the bugger is older than dirt! Ooops...he reads in here.
Hans had lots of friends, but many are dead and like with me, once he became housebound people drifted away.
And yes, I am short. I was always little and my baby sister ended up passing her clothes and shoes up to me once she became a teenager. Nothing wrong with my height, not all women were meant to be giants.

LOL want to here a bad blonde joke - and I did say bad -
Two blondes were talking after one of them smashed up her car, the second one said she'd been told an easy way to get dent out of cars - all she had to do was blow as hard as she could in the exaust pipe and the dents would pop right out - a couple of days later they ran into each other again the first one complained that she'd spent hours blowing and blowing in the exaust pipe - nothing happened - the second couldn't understand what had gone wrong so they decided to goaround to the first blondes garage and see what the problem was - went there and the first blonde went through the process - the second one exclaimed Your so blonde it obvious you've got the windows down
Ok it was short notice for a joke

I call the bird that every month because when she is getting ready to lay eggs she wants them fertilized and she comes over and gets a little too friendly with me. I shoo her away and two seconds later she is back. (She is 95% housebroken that's why she is allowed to fly around.)
We call her Little Girl because when Paul first found her he was positive she was a he. I kept telling him that as soon as "he" lays eggs we'll know for sure. Her parents abandoned her and her nestmates were all dead.
Today she laid an egg next to our dog. Our dog is very old and she is very protective and loving to him. Sometimes she will lay a wing over his back and hold him. It's sweet. She's 7 years old now and much larger than her kind because she lives inside. Her windspan is around 18".
