I do love 3D and like you sharing, as I have toys in the attic alot is beyond my brain
I wish I did understand more, its been such a steep learning curve from thinking a node was something that lived at the bottom of the garden and grants three wishes |

If it's art I like, then I dig them up, but usually I just run on to them on my way somewhere.
Man, you ain't kiddin. Just a year ago I had no idea what a surface map was.
Handicapping won't work with me. I have complete, 100% confidence, that you will turn your attention to 3d - no doubt whatsoever - just a question of when. @ronviers |

I saw this one (Olive Trees) at the Minneapolis Institute of Arts, I could not believe I was looking at the brush strokes of Vincent van Gogh. I had an unbelievably beautiful girl with me at the time - I'm not going to tell you what we were doing. (no you can't click on that one)
About a thousand miles. I will fly in.
I agree generally but 3d is the medium of our day. Most of the traditional artists would be using it if they were alive today. @ronviers |

I plan on traveling the 26th to the 3rd. I'm going to spend some time with my big brother.
Good luck, but I don't think it will be possible to make something you will be satisfied with.

From a purely visual perspective, what is your favorite movie? Forget storyline and plot, which one 'looks' best? @ronviers |

Can't wait to check it out. I am going to look for it.
I'm not 100% sure which one I was talking about. This thread is like a black hole, trying to find an old reference is almost impossible. But knowing me it was probably Mirromask. That is one of my favorites, it is a beautiful movie. I also like the looks of Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow. Also add Alien with H.R. Giger's work.
It wasn't meant to be. @ronviers |

It's English! Can you believe the English can make a movie?
It's just one movie. I think it flopped at the box-office. @ronviers |

I thought we had previously established that subtlety was not your strength. I wish I had that guys legs. Much less chickeny than mine. Sorry I missed the rollout of the Heinous filter. I do not know what happened, I'm subscribed to your library so I should have received notification that it had posted but didn't. @ronviers |

How old are you Carl? Ok, I will guess. I'll saaaayyyy....
actually I have no idea. I'll guess late thirties but don't be offended if I'm way off. You can't be too much younger than that because you saw PF before they broke up. Happy Birthday! ![]() @ronviers |
