Cavalry procedural 2D animation combining power and flexibility

I am usually searching for additionally software to use together with FF and so combine what I can get from FF and use it with other kind of software that makes different things

And more specially when they are free to download and try

I have found this free software that I do not yet how to use it and how it works but it looks cool and interesting and is procedural
