FF crashes on downloading Filters ..

No matter what route i use.. on site or inside the stand alone or with the Old download "which normally is the best way to download a lot of filters"
FF crashes into a dead end error.. i sent error reports but this is getting quite irritating..
9/10 times it crashes..

BTW why does FF now have a export filters to zip orso ..
I had to reinstall on clean HD and again the migration funked up ..so 100's of filters to download, and with the server funking up big time that cost me 3 days now..

Please tell be there is a easy fix ..

And please think about the exporting of filters for the future version of FF..
