downloading filter forge beta 4

When i first downloaded it, filter forge 4 DID NOT show up anywhere on my computer...........definitely not even in the filters of photoshop,'

So tonight I redownloaded the same file and now it shows. haven't tried to use it yet. It definitely shows in photoshop filters now,
