Hello,
Today, I started FF4 . It told me that FF4 was unable to find my filters ( I have 200/300 loaded filters working before today ). Everything is empty : History, favorites, custom filter, search. I have some back-up when it was working. What do I change and how to ? Thanks in advance for your answer. FF4.010 Pro, MacPro, Mac OS 10.9.4, PS CC |

You can locate and remove the following folder:
/Users/Your_User_Name/Library/Application Support/Filter Forge 4/ Then reinstall the latest version from our download page. Finally, restore the System folder from your backup file into /Users/Your_User_Name/Library/Application Support/Filter Forge 4/System/ |
