i made this thread sometime ago to be sticky so all that could have a problem downloading would not have to wait for an answer and could try to fix themselves without depending on customer support, but it has been put sticky, so I put it here for you
possible ways to fix downloading errors |

Glad to help
Usually only waiting some time (few hours or one day) will probably fix the problem, but anyway is better to try to use another browser, or try any of the other alternatives |
