Filter Forge - Librarian no longer supported in Catalina

rbaker Posts: 4	So I installed Librarian into my new Mac Pro, but when I launched it, it said this soft ware is no longer supported in Catalina. So is there a new version or am I screwed?

rbaker Posts: 4	If you are Asking about Catalina it literally is the last update. If you are asking about Librarian , it's the version( I think the first) that came out in 2014. When I went to the info window it didn't have a version number

SpaceRay SpaceRay Posts: 12302 Filters: 35	Sorry I did not ask specific, I mean the version of filter forge, librarian software only works with the corresponding filter forge software, so if you say that it is from 2014, then you can only use it with the filter forge of 2014. If it is this old I do not think it will work and you would need to upgrade filter forge (and also buy again) librarian) if you want to use Catalina I suppose In the same way that Photoshop CS6 will not be compatible with Catalina either It was told by Adobe that that seems that there could be a way to install a macos previous version in a external hard drive and boot from there if you want to use older software

rbaker Posts: 4	Yeah, thanks I suspected as much. No problem. I'll buy a copy of Librarian, with alll the other things falling apart in Catalina, this is by far the least of my worries. Thanks for the response.
