"File -> New Image" not an option

Hello... not sure if this is Mac-specific, but it might be...

FF 10.007 Professional Edition
Mac OS 10.14.6

In the help document https://www.filterforge.com/more/help/...Image.html it says:

The dialog is accessible by choosing File > New Image... from the Main Window menu.

However, when I pull-down the file menu, I see what is in the attached png file. Hint: There's no "New Image" option.

The documentation also says:

This menu command is available only in the standalone version of Filter Forge – when Filter Forge is running as a plugin, this command is disabled.

In this case, I am running FF standalone, though I do have it installed as a plugin for Photoshop 2021 (Version 22.5.0). But I don't even have Photoshop running.

I'm probably missing something here... can someone assist?

Everything for images in FF10 is now under Image and is called Blank (for new image) or whatever else you need
