macOS 10.15.7 MacBook Pro 2019 when I entered the key for FF 11, quit, and then used FF 10 later it asked for the key again. I entered the key in FF 10 and it worked. Just to check I quit FF 10 and ran FF 11. Asked for the key again... FF 7 and FF 9 are ok. This could be related to this

Did you try to put your old license number in Filter Forge 10 and the new license number in Filter Forge 11?

Rachel, thanks for your report. We believe the issue has been fixed - please redownload and reinstall FF11.
Note: if you have Librarian 11 installed you also need to reinstall Librarian. |
