Repeatedly asked for user name and license key (FF 11)

Mac OS 10.12.6

I just installed FF 11 and opened it as a stand alone, after entering my license key, with no trouble. But every time I close FF and then reopen it, I am again asked for my user name and license key.

Also, how do I open an image in this version?? I only see options for "New Project" and "Open Project."

What to do?

Its under the "Image" menu.....

Duh! Thank you smile:-).

But I still have to enter my user name and license key every time I open the stand alone (and I still can't get the plug-in to work in PS).

We can't reproduce your issue but you could probably try that keychain thing.

Beth, we fixed something related to your issue. Please redownload and reinstall FF11.
