As much as I love the idea of bugreporting for free filterforge upgrades, I cant post here everytime FFmac crashes. Can I just submitt a log instead? I've had maybe a dozen crash scenarios over the last three days or so, and whenever I repeat the task it works second time round...
If I can send in a log and its helpful to FF Dev's I will do so. Let me know? AaronC |

Targos, if you encounter a reproduceable bug (=series of actions always resulting in a crash), please submit the crash log via our contact form and post a brief description here in the forums, so that we could credit the bug to you and so that others don't bother sending the same report.
If the crash is not reproduceable... well, you can also submit a bug report, but we would be unable to know what caused the error. |

Its usually When I Tab away from FForge, back to firefox, and click download this filter. FForge just dissappears.

Yes, we're aware of such cases, but we've never observed them ourselves. If you happen to track the exact actions always leading to this 'disappearing', please report.

Its almost like its the action that results from clicking the link- in that bringing FForge into the front AND telling it to do a download are two commands and the fine details of such code arent being executed in the right order.
Look thats just a guess, again sorry its not much use. Try cmd-tabbing thru a few different FFox pages then back to the FForge filter D/Load page, and see if you can replicate it? Its not a big problem, to me at least AC |
