Two little bugs in for non english languages

Hi,

there are two little bugs in FF 1.017 for non english languages.

1) When I edit Filter Info I can not write any accent or other diacritical sign. Edit Filter Info stops and I must exit and re-enter to continue writing.

2) In localized versions of Photoshop (like spanish), there are not the "Plug-Ins" folder. Her name is "Plugins". Therefore, the install script do not runs properly. Now the solution is to create a new folder named "Plug-Ins" and to make a new install. Then, in PS preferences the folder "Plug-Ins" must be the second plugins folder.

1) Sorry. Yes, I use Mac version (OSX 10.4.11). It fails to operate properly with accents in ALL fields. Of course, in some fields (like URL) that is not important, but in other fields (Author Name or Filter Description) I think that this behaviour is at least uncomfortable. For instance, my name is Néstor Macià, but not Nestor Macia:)

When I can, I will try to reproduce the accent problem with another computer and I will explain you the result.
