Linking Filter Forge back to photoshop after upgrade

I have just upgraded to CS5 but now I can't see filter forge on the filter list.
How do I link it back to photoshop and have I lost my filters that I have saved?

Your filters are intact, you can check this by running Filter Forge in the standalone mode. To have it as a plugin in CS5, just reinstall Filter Forge.
