I can open FF 2.009 stand alone, but when I open up Photoshop CS5, I can't find it anywhere. What do I need to do? When I originally installed FF 1, it showed up in my "Filters" dropdown.

Erika, you may need to close Photoshop and reinstall Filter Forge.

Hi,

I am having the same problem.

I have removed my ff2 folder, and installed from scratch. I can run the stand alone fine. I copied the files into my cs5 PS plugins > filters folder, and ran the install. The install says successful. However when I run PS, open a new file, create a new layer and use filters > filter forge 2. Then nothing happens. PS just sits there. Some times PS brings up a filter forge 2 progress bar that just hangs at the default location. I eventually have to force quit as clicking cancel on the progress bar does nothing.

I am making large print quality designs that are 3600 pixels x 3600 pixels. what can I do to get FF2 up and running.

What files? Why do you need to do this? Filter Forge should install automatically as a plugin under CS5. Please remove all manually placed files and reinstall.
