Filter Forge 2.0 Upgrade not Working

I just upgraded from Filter Forge 1.0 to the new version, however 2.0 will not open either through Photoshop or through the software itself. I

I am on Mac OS 10.4.11 and Photoshop CS4.

When Photoshop crashes, the following error message appears:
"Could not complete the Filter Forge 2 command because of a problem with the filter module interface."

When Filter Forge crashes upon opening, the following error message appears:
"The application Filter Forge quit unexpectedly"

If someone can please help it would be much appreciated. I have tried to email support but never heard back.
