Library problems?

I am running Filter Forge 2.009 with CS5 on a brand new Mac, and I keep getting this message. "Cannot load 'Library_1079-1ffxml'-you need to update Filter Forge to open this filter. Update now?" I get this every time I try to open Filter Forge. I have updated about 8 or 9 times now and it won't remember any filters I have downloaded. I have a project that is due this weekend that I need to use Filter Forge. Anyone else having this problem? Help!

I don't know if this is obvious because I'm pretty new to Filter Forge, but I was having the same problem. My newbie(?) mistake was that instead of installing the latest update of FF to my Plugins folder, I was just putting it in Applications. When I started FF from the Dock, it started the current version. When I started it through Photoshop it started the old version which is not compatible with the filter I was trying to apply. Like I said, this may be obvious to everyone - but me.

The thing I still don't get is if I start FF through PS and then try to download filters I get the "program already running" message - not so if I start from the Dock. So I find myself having to close and restart a lot.

How can I download multiple filters?

I have the same problem -- I can't download any filters from the website.
