			Hi,

Just bought FF3. I have a mac book air and iMac 27. I downloaded filters on my mac book air and located them with the menu. I copy them and wanted to put the filters on the imac27, same place. But now, FF3 crashes every time. I delete the application, (application folder) and install it again. But doesn't work. In other posts I read that it is another folder (application support/filter forge) but I don't find it, doesn't exist on mac book and iMac (lion 10.7). Can someone tell me where are all the folders to delete ? Thanks Excuse my english, I'm french |

I have made this thread that includes the places where the files are, perhaps could be useful to you Where are the downloaded Filter Forge filters located physically? Is true that you must delete ALL the folders related to Filter Forge, but ALL of them are included in the same place, in the ~/Library/Application Support/Filter Forge 3 |

I am sorry, but I do not have MAC, so I do not know about MacOS, although in Windows PC, the Filter Forge folder is hidden, so it can happen the same in MAC.

Also is very strange that if you have installed Filter Forge it does not appear the folder in the application support unless it does not show because is hidden. What happens if you uninstall and install FF again? |

Always the same, I uninstall and install 3x...

I have also an iMac 24, I instal it, and there is also no filter forge 3 folder in the application support. I suppose it is hidden, or in another folder ? |

If you have installed Filter Forge, there MUST be a Filter Forge folder in application support, it surely must be hidden as it happens in Windows PC.

It can´t be in another folder or another different place. I now remember that there is another thread about a person that had also a similar problem like this that did not find this folder on MAC, but really do not remember where in the forum. |

I have found this for you

18 ways to view the ~/Library folder in Lion Although I think that you have already been able to open it, so I do not know how to show hidden files in MacOS |
