Missing Scroll Bar in Settings

iMac OS X 10.8.2, PS CS6, FF 3

I recently downloaded a bunch of new FF 3 filters. Most (if not all) of those that have a long list of settings have no scroll bar so that it's impossible to see all the settings.

Some of the scripts for which this happens are ...

Sketch and Color
Professional Skin 1.0
House of SpaceRays' Lightbox
xPro

Actually, I see now that this is true of ALL filters that have a long list of settings, including the FF 2 filters I've used for years.

I just launched FF 2 and there are no problems there, so this is obviously a FF 3 issue.

Note:I did search this forum for similar posts but found nothing relevant later than 2010.
