Install Plugin into Photoshop CC 2015

Hi,
I tried to install the Filter Forge 5 plugin using the program in the install folder and received the following error (I've removed my name from the prompt):

Failed to install Filter Forge plugin for Adobe Photoshop CC 2015.

Should I just drag the two plugins into the plugins folder and call it a day? Or do I need to do some kind of sudo command to make this work, so that I get permission to install?
