I am running MacOS 10 and browser Safari and find that Ver 6.006 or 6.008 does not work, either fr om within Photoshop CC or in standalone mode. I keep getting the loop error wh ere it keeps asking you to download a newer version when you try to open/download a new filter. I have dabbled with all sorts of firewall stuff, caches, blockers etc and no luck, still doesn't work.
Ver 5 was fine and even beta 6 worked but as I haven't used for a while I uploaded the "final" ver 6 and now it totally doesn't work! I have dumped all old files and reloaded the new version and still ZILCH..... My assumption is that the recent MacOS 10 Sierra update of 6th April has scrambled something in FF Ver6 - its the only answer and needs sorting! DFS |

Safari is known to cache files aggressively. It seems Safari is substituting an older version from its cache - please check this forum thread.
