I got an email with the link to FF10.
I have downloaded the disc image, opened it and doubled clicked to install FF10. I got the following : "Filter Forge 10.pkg can't be installed because its digital signature is invalid." I have repeated the process 4 times and every time the same problem. What can this be? The Stone Age did not end because they ran out of stones. Niels Bohr |

Try System Preferences / General / Allow Apps / Anywhere
... then try installing. That may or may not work. Let me know if this works. Math meets art meets psychedelia. |

I tried, but I do not have this item in my system prefs. I do have 'General" but nowhere is "Allow Apps'.
I am on OSX 10.11.6 (El Capitan). Could that be the problem? What does it mean that a digital signature is invalid? I never heard of this before. The Stone Age did not end because they ran out of stones. Niels Bohr |

I'm on Catalina 10.15.7. Looked at the support page, it is supposed to support 10.10 and above. It could be an expired digital signature. I will look a little more, but will wait for FF to reply.

Thanks Rachel. I got your fixed FF10 version and now it installed. As I am still rendering a big image in FF9, I wait to fire up FF10 up until the FF9 rendering has finished.
I am curious what you have fixed in the normal FF10 download, so that it now worked. I am even more curious why FilterForge itself did not attend to this. Anyway, thanks a million for your help. I hope of ever being able to return the favor ![]() All the best, Beat The Stone Age did not end because they ran out of stones. Niels Bohr |

Well, normally it is not my intention to step on toes and alter an install package, so my apologies if this upsets FF staff...
I removed the digital signature using the process described here... I had a feeling there was a Nov 30 expiration date on it... guessed right... https://managingosx.wordpress.com/2012...ignatures/ Math meets art meets psychedelia. |
