Crash when submitting filters to library

I am finding that FF crashes (without a bug report request dialog, or any warning, error code, etc) during the filter submission process- immediately after inputting the login information and checking "remember me on this computer". It works after relaunching, but it has happened on both my Macs now. Only about a 2 out of 10 on my "annoying bug meter" but I didn't notice it mentioned here yet. smile:D

Please report your Mac OS version and whether you're running Filter Forge in the plugin or the standalone mode.
