System failed to render the Secret Parchment filter and caused Photoshop to stop responding. Upon force quit it generated the following crash report which i am unable to attach due to size constraints. Please advise where i might submit if this information would be of benefit.

I attempted to submit but the report exceeded the size allowed by the contact form.
I have had a second crash today when while in photoshop. From the photoshop file, i had opened filter forge, selected the "get more filters" option, viewed, downloaded and successfully applied a texture from the website. Upon closing filter forge, but still keeping my photoshop file open, i then opened my safari browser window, navigated back to the filter page, viewed and directed the download to open in filter forge. Navigating back to my photoshop file i noted that the application had frozen selected the force quit option and then received an error report which i submitted to apple. Like the first report it has over 54 pages of data that far exceeds your existing forms. If there is a separate email address i will be happy to submit this information if it will be of benefit. thank you |
