I just did a successful install, even re-started my computer...but in Photoshop I see no plug in the filers menu, nor anywhere else. In my Applications I see the FF2 folder there, but it has a red dot with minus sign saying I cannot see it's contents. I'm guessing my new Key is supposed to unlock it, but there is no help menu to put down to input the key.

I'm running a Mac Mini OSX 10.6.2, Processor is 2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 4 GB ram, CS3 full creative suite. Was so excited to start running these filters, what a bummer.

Did I hear something about FF2 not working well with Firefox? (what I had to download – they instructed me to download the trial first, then input the key...but there's no way to do that...)

Can anyone advise?

Thanks

There is an installer issue that sometimes happens on OS X.
Select the FF Folder in Applications, do Cmd-I [Get Info) (change owner to you in the Get Info Window).

There's no place to change the owner in the Info window.
