Hey There.
I downloaded the FF3, ran the installer and it told me all was good when finished. I went to my Applications folder and there is an FF3 folder there but can not access it. I command-I clicked it and changed the permission to me. Everything in the folder shows up, I opened FF3, entered my code and all is fine.

When I open Photoshop, there is no sign of FF3 in the filters column or anywhere else. I'm using CS 5.5 but when I installed CS 5.5, I chose an alternate install location, as follows:

MY MACKBOOK PRO > snoleopard HD > Applications > a-v-photo-graphics > a d o b e > Photoshop CS5

I'm sure this is the reason FF3 did not install the plugin. Is there a way to install the plugin correctly and which one? I tried moving the universal plugin to the Photoshop plugin folder, but still had no FF3 access in Photoshop.

All this is on my mackbook pro running 10.6.8
Any help is appreciated.

Please try the following:

- make sure that Filter Forge or Photoshop is not running;
- copy the entire 'Filter Forge 3' folder from Applications to the /Plugins/Filters folder in your Photoshop location;
- delete the filterforge2-ppc.plugin file if you've got an Intel-based Mac (if you have a PPC Mac, skip this step).
- run Photoshop. Filter Forge should show up in the Filters menu.
