Yes. But for the beginning, it will be a much simpler place than FF's filter library.
Ultraforge doesn't have a concept of a filter, per se. A filter, mathematically speaking, is a function that takes a single image, some parameters, and outputs another image of the exact same size as the original. In Ultraforge you can create documents ("filters") that take three images and output a numer, or take a number and output seven images of different size; or maybe even take a string and output a string, without producing any images at all.
Obviously, the current paradigm of the Filter Library where you have a before picture and an after picture won't work here. Because of that, our new filter page will simply be a webpage that demonstrates what a "filter" can do (via text and images provided by the author) and allows people to download the .ufo file (Ultraforge's document format).
