Will there be artboards in Ultraforge?
(Replying to a question in a resurrected ancient thread here: https://www.filterforge.com/forum/read...age162256) No, the concept of an artboard is not used in Ultraforge for a simple reason -- an artboard is essentially an image, but in Ultraforge you don't necessary deal with images. However, Ultraforge willl have a couple of features that perform the function of artboards (which is separating / encapsulating pieces of work): |

1. Nodal pages. In Filter Forge, all nodes in your filter live in the same space, on the same page. In Ultraforge, you will be able to create pages (think pages in Excel or Google Sheets) and put some nodes and node networks there. For example, the main page could contain high-level nodal logic, while the supporting logic (constants, function definitions, radiopins) could be placed on a separate page.

2. Multiple Result nodes and the Result tab. In Filter Forge, there's a sigle Result component which corresponds to a single resulting image (which may be multi-channel). In Ultraforge, you can place multiple Result nodes. Each of the results will be displayed on the Results tab, which can hold multiple results. Results can be of different types (e.g. images, strings, lists, numbers etc), and the resulting images can be of different pixel sizes.
