Regarding Copyrights...

What I want to know has to do with copyrights. For your own personal things I guess it doesn't matter, but say I want to make an image that I might later put into my own game? Do I own the rights to use this if it was generated by Ultraforge, or how about an image I did make myself but told Ultraforge, put in a star field and a few small moons in the sky? Is your AI your own trained database that you trained on images you own the copyrights to or under a creative common license, or one that like all these AI companies use, was scraped from the internet and are using it mostly without permission?
