This is a free third-party plugin for Adobe Photoshop, as summarized here: https://exchange.adobe.com/apps/cc/114...-diffusion. The latest version is v.1.0.0 - see here: https://christiancantrell.com/#ai-ml It runs both Stable Diffusion and Dall-E 2 and has a built-in upscaler.
