Mister Snarl Posts: 5	Since this product is still in beta and we have not receive the full version (I still haven't even received the beta key license that was promised in the email we received), can we get a refund before this launches? I cannot get this to work despite meeting the requirements and the requirement checker telling me my system meets the specs. At this point I'd rather have a refund.

Valhalla Valhalla Posts: 50	A few things that may help. 1. Making sure your drivers are up to date, especially your graphics card driver. You can also downgrade your cards driver just to check. 2. Getting a key is easy, just send a support ticket and you'll get a key within a workday. I added my order number from mycommerce to be sure. The FilterForge support team is one of the best, I've asked them for help numerous times. Sry for so many questions.
