I can't use FilterForge after spending $199

I just purchased the lifetime license for FilterForge and awaited my license key. However 48 hours later I read my receipt email, which was a "share it" notification and spotted the following:
"You have purchased a lifetime upgrade to all future versions of Filter Forge. We have now added you to our customers database. As soon as we release the next major version of Filter Forge, we’ll email you the license and the instructions on how to upgrade.".

The problem I have is I can't launch FilterForge. I kept being told it was an old version and I needed to update. I decided to re-install. When I launch and enter my License Name and my original License key I get an error "invalid license name or key".

So after paying the reduced price of $199 I can't use Filter Forge. Surely I should receive a license code before the next update of FilterForge. It could be month before the next update.

Anyone have any ideas? PLEASE!
